    本文以Ti-Al-Sn-Zr-Mo-Cr-V-Fe系合金為研究對象,設計不同的固溶熱處理工藝,考察保溫時間對合金α片層球化行為的影響,為優(yōu)化合金的強韌性匹配建立基礎。通過對金相組織進行觀察以及對片層尺寸進行統(tǒng)計分析,得到了不同固溶時間下α片層尺寸的變化規(guī)律球化的演變。結果表明,固溶時間對初生α相球化關系為隨著固溶時間的增加,球化率先增加至最高后基本趨于穩(wěn)定,并利用界面分離、片層終止理論將該現象分析說明。本文的完成為該合金α/β兩相區(qū)熱處理工藝參數的設計及強度韌性匹配合理性提供一定的實驗基礎。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the alloy of Ti-Al-Sn-Zr-Mo-Cr-V-Fe system was used as the research object. Design different solution heat treatments were to establish foundation of the optimization of the best match between the toughness and hardness of the alloy. The influence of solution time on the globularization of α layer were studied by observing metallographic organization and analysis of lamellae size. It was found that the relationship between the solution time and the α lamellae globularization was that as the increase of the solution time, and the globularization rate increased to the highest,controlled by boundary splitting and termination migration. That provides experimental basis for the design of thermal processing parameters and the matching of strength and toughness in α / β two-phase zone.
