    本文通過Φ100×150mm圓柱鐓粗試驗研究了TC17鈦合金β鍛造工藝對微觀組織形貌的影響。結(jié)果表明:變形量和下壓速率對顯微組織有顯著的影響。當變形速率較低時,晶界α相容易被破碎,變形量越大,被破碎越嚴重,越容易被球化。當變形速率較高時,β晶粒容易發(fā)生動態(tài)再結(jié)晶,變形量越大,再結(jié)晶體積分數(shù)越高。采用Image Pro Plus對球化率和再結(jié)晶體積分數(shù)進行了統(tǒng)計。結(jié)果表明晶界α相的球化條件對變形量和下壓速率均較為苛刻,僅在變形量為80%,變形速率為0.1mm/s時發(fā)生了大量晶界α相球化。此外,相比變形量,β再結(jié)晶數(shù)量對變形速率更加敏感。

    Abstract:

    In this study, the effect of β forging process on microstructure morphology was studied by compressing test for TC17 alloy. The results show that the height reduction and the rate of deformation have a significant effect on the microstructure at the compression test. When the rate of deformation was low, the grain boundary α phase was easily broken. And the larger the deformation was, the easier grain boundary α phases were to be globularized, which have been severely broken. When the rate of deformation was high, the β grains were prone to dynamic recrystallization. And the larger the the deformation was, the higher the recrystallization volume fraction was. The Image Pro Plus software was used to estimate the globularizaion rate of grain boundary α phase and the volume fraction of β grain recrystallization. The results show that the grain boundary α phase could be globularized only in some strict conditions. The α phases were globularized only at the height reduction of 80% and deformation rate of 0.1 mm/s in this study. In addition, β grain recrystallization was more sensitive to the deformation rate, compared with the height reduction.
