    研究了Ti-Al-Fe低成本鈦合金鎢極氬弧焊焊接接頭的內(nèi)部質(zhì)量、組織和力學(xué)性能,并與TC4鈦合金進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明,Ti-Al-Fe低成本鈦合金焊縫表面質(zhì)量良好,焊縫內(nèi)部融合良好,無焊接缺陷,可焊性好; 2種合金的焊縫區(qū)宏觀組織均由粗大的柱狀晶和少量等軸晶組成,Ti-Al-Fe合金柱狀晶組織較細(xì),晶內(nèi)由針狀次生α相和少量的長條狀初生α相組成; 2種合金熱影響區(qū)均為粗大的等軸晶,晶內(nèi)由大量初生α相和少量針狀次生α相及殘余β相組成; Ti-Al-Fe低成本鈦合金焊縫抗拉強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1 204 MPa,比TC4鈦合金高111 MPa。

    Abstract:

    The internal quality,microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint by TIG welding of Ti-AlFe low cost titanium alloy are studied,and are compared with TC4 titanium alloy. The results show that the surface quality,the internal fusion and the weld-ability of the Ti-Al-Fe low cost titanium alloy weld is better,and there is no welding defect. The macrostructure of the weld zone is coarse columnar crystal and a small amount of equiaxed crystal,and the columnar crystal structure of Ti-Al-Fe low cost titanium alloy is finer. The microstructure is composed of acicular secondary α phase and a small amount of elongated primary α phase,and the acicular secondary α phase of TC4 titanium alloy is finer. The heat affected zone( HAZ) is coarse equiaxed crystal,and the microstructure is consists of a large number of primary α phase,a small amount of acicular secondary α phase and residual β phase.The tensile strength of Ti-Al-Fe low cost titanium alloy weld reaches 1 204 MPa,which is 111 MPa higher than that of TC4 titanium alloy.
