    在模擬壓水堆一回路水條件下,用靜態(tài)高壓釜對鋯-4合金進行了8 000 h的均勻腐蝕實驗,并對氧化膜的厚度進行了測量和計算,對腐蝕增重和均勻腐蝕速率進行了定量評估。結(jié)果表明:鋯-4合金包殼內(nèi)外管在模擬壓水堆一回路環(huán)境下的氧化增重曲線,初始階段符合立方規(guī)律,2 500 h后為線性規(guī)律。內(nèi)管在腐蝕時間0~2 500 h的氧化增重擬合曲線為y=2.473 47x1/3;超過2 500 h后的擬合曲線為y=9.033 43+0.013 22x;外管在腐蝕時間0~2 500 h的氧化增重擬合曲線為y=2.473 47x1/3,超過2 500 h后的擬合曲線為y=9.498 49+0.013 11x。4.5 a內(nèi)管氧化膜增厚32.4 μm,相當于金屬層減薄厚度為20.8 μm,遠小于鋯-4合金內(nèi)管壁厚的10%。4.5 a外管氧化膜增厚31.5 μm,相當于金屬層減薄厚度為20.2 μm,遠小于鋯-4合金外管壁厚的10%。考慮到輻照加速腐蝕效應和實際工況,經(jīng)過4.5 a的模擬反應堆一回路高溫高壓環(huán)境運行,鋯-4合金內(nèi)外包殼管的均勻腐蝕深度均小于包殼名義厚度的10%。

    Abstract:

    The general corrosion behavior of zircaloy-4 alloy in simulated pressurized water reactor(PWR) primary loop was studied using still autoclave, the corrosion test lasted for 8 000 hours. The thickness of oxide film was measured and calculated, the mass gain and general corrosion rate were quantitatively evaluated. The results show that the corrosion curves of inside and outside pipes of zircaloy-4 alloy are cubic law at the initial stage,and they are linear after 2 500 h.As for inside pipe, the fitting curve is y=2.473 47x1/3 from 0 h to 2 500 h; when the time is over 2 500 h, the fitting curve is y=9.033 43+0.013 22x.As for outside pipe, the fitting curve is y=2.473 47x1/3 from 0 h to 2 500 h; when the time is over 2 500 h, the fitting curve is y=9.498 49+0.013 11x. The thickness of inside pipe oxide film is 32.4 μm after 4.5 years, equivalent to 20.8 μm of metal substrate, which is much less than ten percent of inside pipe wall thickness. The thickness of outside pipe oxide film is 31.5 μm after 4.5 years, equivalent to 20.2 μm, which is much less than ten percent outside pipe wall thickness. After 4.5 years corrosion test simulated pressurized water reactor primary loop considering the influence of flow velocity and irradiation, the corrosion depth of inside and outside pipe is much less than ten percent of the wall thickness of zircaloy-4 alloy cladding.
