    摘要:

    多元多尺度鈦基復(fù)合材料以其輕質(zhì)、高強(qiáng)、耐熱等優(yōu)異的性能在航空航天等高新技術(shù)領(lǐng)域具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。從多元多尺度強(qiáng)化設(shè)計(jì)思路、先進(jìn)加工技術(shù)、工程應(yīng)用等方面綜述了原位自生鈦基復(fù)合材料的研究現(xiàn)狀。指出了研究中的關(guān)鍵突破點(diǎn)與存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了新的研究方向,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化復(fù)合材料多元多尺度設(shè)計(jì)體系,挖掘材料內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),提高材料的綜合性能;另一方面完善先進(jìn)熱加工技術(shù)與理論,改善鈦基復(fù)合材料的加工性,推動(dòng)輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)鈦基復(fù)合材料在重大裝備等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。

    Abstract:

    Multi-phase and multi-scale reinforced titanium matrix composites have a broad application prospects in the aerospace, and other high-tech fields due to their excellent properties such as light weight, high strength and high resistance in the elevated temperature. In the paper, the design idea, current status of advanced processing technology and engineering applications for the multi-phase and multi-scale reinforced titanium matrix composites were reviewed. The solved problems and remaining problems were pointed out, and the further research ideas were also proposed. On one hand, further optimize the existed multi-phase and multi-scale design systems and dig out the internal structure design of the titanium matrix composites in order to improve its comprehensive performance. On the other hand, the thermal processing theory and advanced thermal processing technologies should be developed to improve the processing performance in order to promote the application of lightweight high-strength titanium matrix composites in the military and other major fields.
