    摘要:

    針對80 MN海綿鈦壓機所壓制的電極塊從凸模中脫模困難及電極塊密度分布不均的問題,通過有限元軟件模擬分析了電極塊在脫模過程中,凸模和電極塊的應力場、主應力、速度場分布情況,定量分析了電極塊所受的摩擦力,找出了脫模困難的原因。在此基礎上,優(yōu)化了凸模成型面形狀,模擬分析了優(yōu)化后凸模尖角處的強度、脫模過程及電極塊的密度分布情況。優(yōu)化后的凸模不僅徹底解決了電極塊脫模困難的問題,而且電極塊密度不均勻的情況得到了改善。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the difficulty in demoulding of electrode block and the problem of non-uniform density distribution of electrode block produced by 80 MN hydraulic press machine. The stress field,principal stress field and velocity field of punch and electrode block during the demoulding process were analyzed. Besides,the friction force of electrode block was also quantitatively analyzed. Finally,the reasons for difficulty in demoulding were found via the finite element software. On this basis,the punch surface shape was optimized. The strength at the sharp corner of the optimized punch,demoulding process and average density distribution of the electrode block were simulated and analyzed. The production practice shows that the optimized punch not only completely solves the problem of the electrode block demoulding,but also improves the non-uniform density of the electrode block.
