    摘要:

    研究了核反應(yīng)堆殼體用Ti-5331合金熱軋板材在不同退火溫度下的顯微組織與力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明:Ti-5331合金板材在相變點(diǎn)以下隨著退火溫度的升高,初生α相含量逐漸減少,β轉(zhuǎn)變相含量明顯增加。當(dāng)退火溫度為700℃時(shí),開始發(fā)生靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶,800℃時(shí)為等軸組織,900℃時(shí)為雙態(tài)組織,950℃時(shí)為網(wǎng)籃組織。隨著退火溫度的升高,合金板材的抗拉強(qiáng)度先下降后上升,屈服強(qiáng)度呈下降趨勢(shì),屈強(qiáng)比逐漸減小;當(dāng)退火溫度在相變點(diǎn)以下時(shí),板材沖擊韌性隨退火溫度升高呈上升趨勢(shì),當(dāng)超過相變點(diǎn)后沖擊韌性急劇下降;退火溫度對(duì)塑性影響較小。經(jīng)900℃×1 h/AC退火處理的Ti-5331合金板材有著較好的綜合性能,抗拉強(qiáng)度為920 MPa,延伸率為15%,V型缺口沖擊韌性達(dá)到93 J/cm~2。

    Abstract:

    The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure,tensile property,impact toughness of the hot rolled Ti-5331 alloy plate,which used for the nuclear reactor shells were investigated. The results show that the content of primary α phase decreases and the content of β phase increases with the increase of the annealing temperature below the phase transition point of Ti-5331 alloy. Annealing at 700 ℃,the static recrystallization begins to occur. The microstructure shows the equiaxed and the duplex feature after 800 ℃ and 900 ℃ annealing,respectively. Above 950 ℃ annealing,it shows the widmanstatten microstructure. With the increase of the annealing temperature,the fracture strength of the alloy plate first decreases and then increases,the yield strength and the yield ratio both gradually decreases. Additionally,the impact toughness of the alloy plate first increases and then decreases with the increasing of the annealing temperature,and the annealing temperature has little influence on the plasticity of the Ti-5331 alloy plate. At 900 ℃ × 1 h/AC annealing,Ti-5331 alloy plate has the excellent comprehensive performance,for the tensile strength is about 920 MPa,the elongation is 15%,and V-notch impact toughness can reach 93 J/cm2.
