    摘要:

    研究了激光選區(qū)熔化(SLM) TC4鈦合金沉積態(tài)和退火態(tài)顯微組織的特征及其對力學性能的影響規(guī)律。結果表明:合金組織沿激光選區(qū)熔化成形高度方向呈現(xiàn)外延生長,形成柱狀晶,晶內(nèi)存在大量的針狀馬氏體α'相。退火后,晶內(nèi)的針狀α'相轉變?yōu)棣?β板條組織。隨著退火溫度的升高,組織中α相含量逐漸降低,α片層逐漸粗化,β相含量逐漸升高;室溫拉伸強度逐漸降低,塑性逐漸升高,顯微硬度逐漸降低。經(jīng)過800℃×2 h/FC退火熱處理后,激光選區(qū)熔化成形TC4鈦合金具有最佳的強度與塑性匹配。

    Abstract:

    TC4 titanium alloy was fabricated by selective laser melting( SLM). The influence of annealing treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated in details. The results show that the microstructure as epitaxial growth columnar with fine acicular martensite phase. After annealing treatment,the microstructure changes from martensite phase to staggered basketweave α + β microstructure. With the increasing of annealing temperature,the content of α phase decreases,the size of α phase and the content of β phase both increases. With the increasing of annealing temperature,the room temperature tensile strength and micro-hardness decrease and the plasticity increases.The better strength/plasticity matching of TC4 titanium alloy formed by SLM can be obtained by the annealing heat treatment of 800 ℃ × 2 h/FC.
