    摘要:

    金屬基體材料表面硬質(zhì)膜層在服役過程中,殘余應(yīng)力在膜基界面以及膜層內(nèi)部界面之間的積聚會導(dǎo)致膜層發(fā)生界面剝落失效。以TC4鈦合金基體表面Ti/TiN多層復(fù)合膜層為研究對象,探討真空退火對復(fù)合膜層結(jié)構(gòu)及性能的影響,并表征退火前后復(fù)合膜層的界面劃痕失效以及抗粒子沖蝕性能。結(jié)果表明,真空退火促進(jìn)了膜層內(nèi)部以及膜基界面兩側(cè)原子的熱擴散,使得界面結(jié)構(gòu)特征明顯弱化。界面狀態(tài)的改變使得復(fù)合膜層的表面顯微硬度降低以及膜基結(jié)合強度提高。在劃痕載荷作用下,復(fù)合膜層抵抗裂紋沿界面擴展的能力得到增強。真空退火有助于提高膜層的強韌性匹配,可有效抵抗小角度沖蝕粒子的犁削以及大角度粒子沖蝕下的疲勞,因此Ti/TiN多層復(fù)合膜層表現(xiàn)出較好的抗沖蝕性能。

    Abstract:

    Hard coatings deposited on metal substrates often occur crack and delamitation due to the higher residual stress accumulated on the interface of coating/substrate and also the inside of the coating. The effect of vacuum annealing on multilayered Ti/TiN coating deposited on TC4 titanium alloy substrate was studied in detail. Also the interface cracks under scratch load and sand erosion resistance were characterized. The results show that a multilayered Ti/TiN coating with weakened interface characteristic is obtained due the atoms diffusion on both side of the interface,which results in a decrease of hardness and increase of bonding strength. At the scratch load,the resistance of crack expansion along the interface is strengthened. And also the sand particles' "micro cutting"at small angle and fatigue effect at higher angle are restrained,so the sand erosion resistant of the annealed Ti/TiN coating is reinforced.
