    摘要:

    選用抗氧化性和韌性良好的WC7Co陶瓷顆粒作為增強(qiáng)相,利用激光熔覆的方法在TA2純鈦表面制備WC7Co/TC4復(fù)合耐磨涂層,借助掃描電子顯微鏡、能譜儀、X射線衍射儀和顯微硬度計(jì),分析表征復(fù)合涂層顯微組織特征、WC7Co陶瓷顆粒界面反應(yīng)行為以及復(fù)合涂層中相的演變規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:根據(jù)激光熔覆過程中WC7Co顆粒的演變狀態(tài),復(fù)合涂層中存在2種典型顯微組織,分別為未分解WC7Co顆粒強(qiáng)化組織和WC7Co分解后與Ti反應(yīng)生成的W、TiC和Ti的共晶組織;復(fù)合涂層中WC7Co顆粒與TC4基質(zhì)結(jié)合界面形成了2~3μm的反應(yīng)層,反應(yīng)生成物主要為W和TiC;復(fù)合涂層中的物相主要為Ti固溶體、W單質(zhì)及TiC、VC、Co_3W_3C、W_2C等化合物。

    Abstract:

    The WC7Co ceramic particles with oxidation resistance and good toughness were selected as enhancement phase,and the WC7Co/TC4 composite wear-resistant coating was prepared on the surface of TA2 pure titanium substrate by laser cladding. The microstructure characteristic,interfacial reaction behavior of WC7Co particles and evolution of phase composition of composite coating were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer,X-ray diffraction and microhardness tester. The results show that there are two typical microstructures of the composite coating according to the evolution state of WC7Co particles during the laser cladding process,which are the eutectic structure of W,TiC and Ti generated by the dissolved WC7Co particles and composite structure of undissolved WC7Co paritcles,respectively. A 2 ~ 3 μm reaction layer composed by W and TiC is formed in the bonding interface between WC7Co particles and TC4 matrix. The main phases of composite coating are Ti solid solution,W,TiC,VC,Co3W3 C,W2C and so on.
