    摘要:

    鉑鈦電極具有密度低、強(qiáng)度高、耐腐蝕、導(dǎo)電性能好、催化活性高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),已經(jīng)被大量用于航空航天、船舶、電解、化工等領(lǐng)域。綜述了鉑鈦電極的主要制備方法,包括機(jī)械加工、爆炸復(fù)合、化學(xué)氣相沉積、物理氣相沉積、電阻焊接、化學(xué)鍍以及水溶液電鍍。介紹了這些制備方法的基本原理、過(guò)程和適用范圍,以及采用這些方法制備的鉑鈦電極的特點(diǎn)。鉑層組織結(jié)構(gòu)以及鉑層與鈦基體界面結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)控仍是制備鉑鈦電極需要研究的重點(diǎn)。

    Abstract:

    Because of its low density,high strength,good corrosion resistance,good electrical conductivity and high catalytic activity,the Pt/Ti electrode has been widely used in aerospace,ship building,electrolytic,chemical industry and so on. Platinum is usually prepared on titanium by the following methods: mechanical processing,explosive combination,chemical vapour deposition( CVD),physical vapour deposition( PVD),resistance welding,electroless plating and electroplating in aqueous solution. The basic principles,processes and application of these methods were briefly introduced. Moreover,the characteristics of the Pt/Ti electrodes prepared by these methods were also respectively summarized. Controlling the microstructure of the Pt layer and the Pt/Ti interface was still the key point for the preparation of the Pt/Ti electrode.
