    摘要:

    通過(guò)Thermecmaster-Z熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)，對(duì)TC27鈦合金在變形溫度900~1 150 ℃和應(yīng)變速率0.01~10 s-1范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行等溫恒應(yīng)變速率熱壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)，壓縮變形量為50%。結(jié)果表明，流變應(yīng)力隨應(yīng)變的增加迅速增大，達(dá)到峰值后隨應(yīng)變的增加而減小，最后趨于相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。流變應(yīng)力隨著溫度的增加而減小，隨著應(yīng)變速率的增加而增大。TC27鈦合金加工圖有2個(gè)耗散效率峰值區(qū)，一個(gè)是900 ℃/0.01 s-1，此區(qū)域變形時(shí)出現(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)回復(fù)；另一個(gè)峰值區(qū)為1 050 ℃/0.01 s-1，此區(qū)域變形時(shí)出現(xiàn)再結(jié)晶。

    Abstract:

    The isothermal hot compression test of TC27 titanium alloy was carried out on a Thermecmaster-Z testing system in the temperature range of 900 ℃ to 1 150 ℃ and the strain rate range of 0.01 s-1 to 10 s-1, the compress variation is 50%. The results show that the flow stress increases quickly with the augment of true strain and decreases after the flow stress reaching the maximum value.Finally,the flow stress tends to be relatively stable.The flow stress decreases with the increase of temperature and increases with the increase of strain rate. Processing map of TC27 titanium alloy exhibits two peak efficiencies of power dissipation, one is 900 ℃/0.01 s-1, which dynamic recovery occurs,and the other is 1 050 ℃/0.01 s-1, which dynamic recrystallization occurs.
