    摘要:

    為研究具有原始粗片層組織的Ti5321合金熱壓縮變形過(guò)程中流變應(yīng)力、顯微組織等隨變形條件的變化,在Gleeble-2800型熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)上進(jìn)行高溫?zé)釅嚎s試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)溫度790~850 ℃,應(yīng)變速率為0.01~1 s-1,變形量為30%~70%。結(jié)果表明:Ti5321合金的軟化機(jī)制與片層組織球化和動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶有關(guān),變形量和變形溫度是影響合金片層組織球化及β再結(jié)晶的主要因素。同一變形溫度和應(yīng)變速率下,隨著變形量的增大.會(huì)出現(xiàn)片層α相球化及β相再結(jié)晶現(xiàn)象。當(dāng)應(yīng)變速率和變形量相同時(shí),低溫變形主要發(fā)生的是片層α相球化行為,高溫變形發(fā)生的是β相的再結(jié)晶。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the change of flow stress and microstructure of Ti5321 alloy with original coarse lamellar microstructure,the hot compressive deformation behavior was investigated using Gleeble2800 system thermal simulator machine. The test conditions were set as follows, the temperature range of 790~850 ℃, the strain rate range of 0.01~1 s-1 and the deformation range of 30%~70%. The results show that the softening mechanism of Ti5321 alloy is related to the spheroidization and dynamic recrystallization of the lamellar alpha. The deformation amountand temperatureare the main factors to influence the spheroidization behavior of lamellar alpha and dynamic recrystallization of beta phase. When the deformation temperature and strain rate are the same, the spheroidization behavior of lamellar alpha and dynamic recrystallization of beta phase occur with the increasing of the deformation amount. When the strain rate and deformation amount are the same, lamellar alpha spheroidizing behaviors mainly occur at the low temperature deformation, but recrystallization of beta phase is happened at high temperature deformation.
