    摘要:

    總結(jié)了鈦合金中可以發(fā)生共析和有序化反應的合金元素,討論了其共析性質(zhì)及分類機制,指出在鈦合金中,合金元素與Ti元素的結(jié)合次數(shù)Bo可能是決定合金共析性質(zhì)的關鍵因素.最后,對鈦合金中重要的共析元素及它們與Ti元素形成的中間相分別進行論述,分析了這些中間相性質(zhì)及析出特點.本文是對鈦合金固態(tài)相變論述的完善,也對合金設計過程中合金元素的選取具有指導意義.

    Abstract:

    The elements for eutectoid and ordering transformation of titanium alloy were summarized in this paper,whose eutectoid characteristic and mechanism was also discussed.It was pointed out that the bonded power(Bo) of alloying elements in titanium alloy would be the key factor of eutectoid characteristic.In the end the important eutectoid elements and their intermediate compound with Ti were presented,respectively.Based on the former paper,this one perfects the solid-state phase transformation theory of titanium alloy further and has some instructional effect on alloy design.
