    摘要:

    以鎂法海綿鈦生產(chǎn)工藝中大型無(wú)隔板鎂電解槽的實(shí)際節(jié)能情況為例,探討了在鎂電解生產(chǎn)中的非生產(chǎn)耗電、生產(chǎn)耗電、漏電等因素造成的能量浪費(fèi),闡述了生產(chǎn)中粗鎂直流電耗、電流效率、工作電壓3者之間的關(guān)系,指出了影響電解槽工作電壓的有關(guān)因素及降低電解槽工作電壓的途徑。

    Abstract:

    Taking practical saving-energy experience of large-scale baffleless magnesium reduction cell in production process of titanium sponge produced by kroll method in Fushun Aluminium Plant as an example, non-production and production electricity consumption, leakage of electricity and other factors which cause energy waste are discussed. Relations within coarse magnesium D.C consumption in production, current efficiency and working voltage are expounded. And related factors that affect cells working voltage and methods to decrease cells working voltage are also pointed out.
