    摘要:

    主要對(duì)采用擴(kuò)散連接（DB）或超塑擴(kuò)散連接（SPF／DB）的方法，實(shí)現(xiàn)TiAl合金與異種合金（Ti-6Al-4V、40Cr鋼和Ni基合金）固態(tài)連接的研究進(jìn)行評(píng)述，探討了連接工藝對(duì)連接界面顯微組織及其連接件性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明，擴(kuò)散連接（或超塑擴(kuò)散連接）能實(shí)現(xiàn)TiAl合金與異種合金高質(zhì)量的連接。而擴(kuò)散連接過(guò)程中，在擴(kuò)散層產(chǎn)生的脆性相是導(dǎo)致焊件斷裂發(fā)生在界面處的主要原因。采用中間層可有效避免脆性相的生成，而采用激光表面快凝處理，在擬連接表面獲得細(xì)晶組織，可在較低溫度下實(shí)現(xiàn)TiAl合金與異種合金的超塑擴(kuò)散連接。

    Abstract:

    Study results on the Diffusion Bond(DB) or Super-plastic Forming/Diffusion Bond(SPF/DB) of TiAl to different alloys,i.e.Ti-6Al-4V,40Cr and Ni-base super-alloys,were reviewed.The effects of the process parameters on the interface microstructure and properties of the joints were discussed.The results revealed that diffusion bond is one of the best ways for bond of TiAl to different alloys.The fragile phases produced during diffusion bond lead to bad performance of the joints.A composite barrier layer could be used to avoid the produce of these fragile phases.A new diffusion bond technology combined with laser surface modification to join TiAl with different alloys was proposed.
