    摘要:

    在介紹窄間隙焊接的優(yōu)越性和鈦合金各種焊接方法的基礎(chǔ)上，著重介紹了俄羅斯中央結(jié)構(gòu)材料研究院研制出的一種應(yīng)用于鈦合金的窄間隙TIG焊接技術(shù)，并分析了該技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)、工藝特性及此工藝下的嚙合強(qiáng)化效應(yīng)，分析并討論了產(chǎn)生此強(qiáng)化效應(yīng)的原因。

    Abstract:

    A new technology of narrow-gap TIG welding of titanium alloys developed by the Central Research Institute in Russia is focused, based on introductions of various welding processes adopted for titanium alloys and the advantages of narrow-gap welding Relative merits of this technology, and the effect of contact strengthening in the gap, are also analyzed. The cause of contact strengthening effect is discussed in the end.
