    摘要:

    西北有色金屬研究院是我國(guó)重要的鈦合金研究與開(kāi)發(fā)的單位之一，近40年來(lái)，一直致力于鈦合金的研究、開(kāi)發(fā)及產(chǎn)業(yè)化，仿制與創(chuàng)新研制出近60種鈦合金，一些仿制的鈦合金已大批量生產(chǎn)，獲得成功的應(yīng)用，如純Ti、TC4、半TC4、Ti．Pd、Ti．Mo．Ni、BT20、BT16、HT7M等等；一些創(chuàng)新研制的鈦合金也已獲得成功的應(yīng)用和批量生產(chǎn)，如TC21、Ti75、Ti31、CT20、Ti12LC等等，為我國(guó)鈦合金的發(fā)展做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。本文簡(jiǎn)要綜述了西北有色金屬研究院仿制與創(chuàng)新研制的部分鈦合金及其產(chǎn)業(yè)化。

    Abstract:

    Northwest Institute for Nonferrous Metal Research (NIN) is one of the main units for the R & D of titanium alloys in China. NIN devotes to research and development of titanium alloys for more than 40 years, as well as for Ti alloy industrial manufacture. NIN has made research and developed nearly 60 kinds of conventional Ti alloys, and these alloys are extensively applied to industrial manufacture. NIN also designs and develops many kinds of new titanium alloys, for example TC21, Ti75, Ti-B19, CT20, Ti12LC, TP650 and so on. Some of these alloys are used or will be used and some alloys are industrially manufactured. This paper reviews the conventional and new alloys developed by NIN and their industrial manufactures.
