    主要介紹了國內(nèi)外還原-銹蝕法生產(chǎn)人造金紅石工藝技術特點,并對攀枝花鈦資源采用還原.銹蝕法生產(chǎn)沸騰氯化鈦原料——人造金紅石的可行性進行了分析探討。

    Abstract:

    Artificial rutile can be produced with Reduction-Rusting Process on a large scale. With the Reduction-Rusting Process, the ferric oxide in ilmenite is strongly reduced to iron, which gathers rust in water to obtain TiO2-rich material. Then the material is washed by dilute acid or water, filtrated and dried. Finally the artificial rutile used for TiCl4 material can be produced. The features of artificial rutile produced by Reduction-Rusting Process worldwide are introduced. The feasibility for fluidized titanium chloride material made of Panzhihua titanium resource through the Reduction-Rusting Process is discussed.
