    摘要:

    論述了預(yù)氧化機(jī)理、酸浸反應(yīng)機(jī)理和細(xì)化機(jī)理，并通過攀枝花鈦鐵礦與預(yù)氧化礦在1000t／a生產(chǎn)裝備上的對(duì)比試驗(yàn)，考察了兩種礦對(duì)酸浸后粗金紅石品位及產(chǎn)品細(xì)料率的影響，闡明了預(yù)氧化有提高粗金紅石品位、降低產(chǎn)品細(xì)料率的作用。

    Abstract:

    The theory of fore-oxidation, the reaction theory of acid leaching and the theory of attenuate are discussed. Through comparing different effects of Panzhihua ilmenite and fore-oxidized ore on the grade of thick synthetic rutile and the pulverization rate of product after acid leaching, it is described that fore-oxidation has functions of improving the grade of thick synthetic rutile and reducing the pulverization rate of products.
