    摘要:

    介紹了我國鑄鈦工業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展進程和現(xiàn)狀，并結(jié)合目前國內(nèi)用于工業(yè)牛產(chǎn)的最大容量（260kg）真空白耗電極電弧凝殼爐，對工藝、設(shè)備、系統(tǒng)硬件、軟件等方面采用機電一體化技術(shù)的情況進行了說明，闡述了機電一體化技術(shù)應用于鑄鈦工業(yè)，對提高鑄件熔煉工藝水平、保證鑄件產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和提高鑄鈦工業(yè)的總體競爭力，及促進整個鑄鈦工業(yè)技術(shù)水平的發(fā)展進步所具有的重要意義。

    Abstract:

    The development and current situation of China titanium casting technologies are introduced.Combining the VAR furnace(260 kg)currently used for domestic industry production,the technologies of electromechanical integration applied in process,equipment,system hardware and software,etc.,are described,and their importance to improving the casting technology level,assuring the product quality,and promoting the whole competitiveness and technological development of titanium casting industry,is significant.
