    摘要:

    在對熔鹽氯化工藝中熔鹽氯化爐內(nèi)的反應(yīng)與傳質(zhì)等過程進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了熔鹽氯化爐的熱平衡方程,并對影響熱平衡方程的因素氯氣流速,含氧量及溫度進(jìn)行了分析和討論。

    Abstract:

    Technical characteristics and operation conditions of the chlorination process were systematically analyzed, and the heat balance equation was established. Factors that affect the heat balance are discussed. Based on the heat balance equation of the chlorinator, proposal for improving the temperature control system is provided, which has completely solved the problem of temperature fluctuation of the salt chlorinator.
