    摘要:

    在分析了可逆冷軋機(jī)厚度控制系統(tǒng)所存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種高精度厚度綜合控制方案,通過引入非線性校正,改善了輥縫定位系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)性能;在解決監(jiān)控AGC調(diào)節(jié)易振蕩的問題上,采用了簡(jiǎn)單可行的均值濾波;提出了一種簡(jiǎn)單、準(zhǔn)確地記錄和補(bǔ)償偏心量的方法和在線修正計(jì)算塑性系數(shù)的算法。理論分析和仿真研究表明該方案合理可行。

    Abstract:

    A high precision gauge control method is proposed after the gauge control system of Reversible Cold Rolling Mill is analyzed in detail. In order to improve the dynamic performance of gap system, the nonlinear correction is considered .A simple filter is adopted for solving oscillating of feedback control. An algorithm of compensating eccentricity and revising Q-parameter is presented .Theoretical analysis and computer simulation studies show that the control scheme provided is reasonable.
