    摘要:

    采用慢應(yīng)變速率試驗(yàn)，輔以掃描電鏡、金相觀察等分析測試技術(shù)，研究了鈦合金TA7在甲醇、鹽酸一甲醇溶液中的應(yīng)力腐蝕敏感性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，鈦合金TA7在甲醇中具有應(yīng)力腐蝕敏感性。甲醇中加入鹽酸，明顯地提高了TA7的應(yīng)力腐蝕敏感性。鈦合金TA7在鹽酸．甲醇溶液中的應(yīng)力腐蝕裂紋源自點(diǎn)蝕孔底部。

    Abstract:

    Stress corrosion crack (SCC) susceptibility of titanium alloy TA7 in methanol and hydrochloric acid-methanol solutions was studied by slow strain rate tensile test (SSRT), SEM and optical photography. It demonstrates that TA7 has SCC susceptibility in methanol solution. SCC susceptibility of TA7 in hydrochloric acid- methanol solution drastically increased with the increasing concentration of hydrochloric acid. It shows that the SCC susceptibility occurs in methanol solution. SCC of TA7 originates from the bottom of the corrosion pit in hydrochloric acid-methanol solution.
