    摘要:

    簡要介紹了超塑性在壓力加工方面以及相變超塑性在焊接方面的應用。重點介紹了超塑性成形和超塑性成形/擴散焊接技術(shù)在鈦合金上的應用、超塑成形模具材料選擇的原則、以及提高SPF部件性能的措施。

    Abstract:

    Application of superplasticity on pressure processing and welding was overviewed in brief. Emphasis has been put on application of superplastic forming (SPF) and superplastic forming/diffusion bonding (SPF/DB) in titanium alloys, on selecting principle of superplastic forming mould, and on method to improve the properties of SPF parts.
