    摘要:

    介紹了熔鹽體系中電沉積制備TiB2鍍層技術(shù)中熔鹽的選擇、電鍍工藝和參數(shù)的選擇，概述了不同熔鹽體系中B離子、Ti離子在陰極沉積的電化學(xué)機(jī)琿以及TiB2的合成機(jī)理，論述了TiB2惰性陰極在鋁電解工業(yè)中的研究現(xiàn)狀，最后分析了熔鹽體系中石墨電極上制備TiB2鍍層的可行性。

    Abstract:

    The history of TiB2 coating by electroplating in molten salt selection of molten salt, process and plating parameters, and electrochemical technology are introduced. The mechanism of the electrochemical reduction of B ion and Ti ion, and the mechanism of the electrochemical synthesis of TiB2 in different molten systems are discussed. Research status of TiB2 inertia cathode material in the aluminum electrolysis industry is reviewed. And feasibility of preparation of TiB2 coating on the graphite electrode in molten salt is analyzed at last.
