    摘要:

    結(jié)合海綿鈦生產(chǎn)實踐，從尺寸、結(jié)構(gòu)和材質(zhì)3方面討論了還原蒸餾反應(yīng)器的選擇原則。指出反應(yīng)器長徑比應(yīng)保持在2：1左右，選用雙法蘭結(jié)構(gòu)反應(yīng)器有利于降低鐵含量；國產(chǎn)ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN和ZG35Cr28Ni16適合于制作還原反應(yīng)器。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of titanium production practice, and by discussing selection principles of the reactor of reduction distillation in respects of size, configuration and material, it is reasonable to use a reactor with fineness ratio of 2:1, and with double flanges in favor of reducing iron content. Homemade ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN or ZG35Cr28Ni16 model steel should be available for producing a proper reactor.
