    摘要:

    從攀鋼鈦白粉廠的幾次改造入手，從理論上分析了水解操作過程對(duì)成品質(zhì)量的影響，并找出水解操作中影響成品質(zhì)量的主要因素，結(jié)合攀鋼鈦白生產(chǎn)中水解工藝的優(yōu)化具體分析后得出結(jié)論：在外加晶種加壓水解法，外加晶種微壓水解法以及自生晶種常壓水解法這3種方法中，最后一種方法更為合理，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量也最好。

    Abstract:

    Starting with several transformations of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co.the impact on quality of the finished product in hydrolysis operation course was theoretically analyzed first, and the main influencing factors were found out. Combining the hydrolysis optimization in Panzhihua. After analysis the conclusion was drawn that the optimum process for titanium white production is hydrolysis with self-growing inoculating crystal at the normal pressure.
