    摘要:

    介紹了西北有色金屬研究院新研制的高強高韌損傷容限鈦合金TC21的情況。合金經(jīng)實驗室、中試及工業(yè)規(guī)模3個周期的深入研究，其各種力學性能穩(wěn)定，具有良好的強度、塑性、斷裂韌性、裂紋擴展速率的匹配，是1種非常有應用前景的高強高韌損傷容限型結構鈦合金。

    Abstract:

    A new high strength, high toughness and high dmage-tolerant TC21 titanium alloy, designed and developed in Northwest Institute for Nonferrous Metal Research,is introduced. The results show that the new alloy has stable mechanical properties through the further research from laboratory to industrial scale. TC21 possesses good match among strength, plasticity, fracture toughness and d a /d N , which has a good promising for applications.
