    摘要:

    鈦及鈦合金以其優(yōu)異的綜合性能已成為一種理想的船用金屬材料。主要介紹了西北有色金屬研究院設(shè)計(jì)研制的具有我國自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的Ti75，Ti-B19，Ti31和Ti91 4種不同強(qiáng)度級別的性能優(yōu)異的船用鈦合金。其中Ti75和Ti31已工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)，并得到成功應(yīng)用，Ti-B19和Ti91也具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。在此基礎(chǔ)上，初步建立了我國船用鈦合金的體系。

    Abstract:

    Because of low density, high specific strength, corrosion resistance to sea water and so on, titanium and its alloys are the ideal metal materials for shipbuilding. Four different alloys, i.e. Ti75, TiB19, Ti31 and Ti91,having good comprehensive properties with different strength scale, were designed and developed by Northwest Institute for Nonferrous Metal Research. Based on these four alloys, the national Ti alloy's system of China has been set up.
